Waterbury police arrested an 18-year-old and a 17-year-old in connection with multiple hit-and-run crashes involving a stolen Maserati SUV on Monday. The teen who shot Moshier was arrested on murder and gun charges. Police are investigating after one person was killed and another person was injured in a shooting in Waterbury late Saturday night and they have arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting.
